Join this guided walk through some of Edinburgh’s green and blue spaces and explore how contact between humans and the natural environment can result in a range of health and well-being benefits.

Using the Our Outdoors app throughout the tour, you’ll have the chance to help contribute research data as a citizen scientist!

We have chosen a route that is wheelchair friendly however if you have any access concerns please get in touch. Please dress accordingly for the weather.

We will be using the Our Outdoors app so please feel free to download it on your phone ahead of time but this is not essential.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
